Poster SHIMBC2026<\/a><\/p>\n Dear partner universities,<\/p>\n The Research Center for Marine Biology, Tohoku University, will hold the Shinkishi Hatai International Marine Biology Course 2026 from July 3rd to 9th at our institute in Aomori, Japan. This program is supported by Japan\u2019s Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology.<\/p>\n We would be grateful if you could inform related institutes and students (both graduate and undergraduate students) who may have an interest in our course using the two attachments (a document on the course details and a poster).<\/p>\n The course is open to undergraduate and graduate students who are majoring in biology, life science, and related fields. Its purpose is to provide them with experiences with basic experiments and practices in ecology and developmental biology. Some of the participants will be Japanese students; therefore, it will be a good opportunity for the students to deepen their exchanges with each other. Experience with handling marine invertebrates is not necessary.<\/p>\n Information about the teaching staff and the details of the course are available on our website.
