3.Qualifying exam includes written exam and oral defense of research plan. Ph.D. students who pass written exam should submit English thesis research plan to dissertation committee.
4.Ph.D. students should complete qualifying exam within 3 years after enrolled to the university. Students who failed to complete the qualifying exam in the designate time frame will be dismissed from the university.
