- Required Qualifications for Applicants:
- D. degree
- Possessing professional knowledge in the field of: Ocean Structural Dynamics, Marine Environmental Monitoring, Ocean Engineering, Coastal Protection and Disaster Prevention, Hydraulic and Marine Renewable Energy, Disaster Prevention and Sustainable Management, Water Resources Systems Analysis, Hydrometeorology or Innovative Hydraulic and Marine Technology.

(3) Publication list, and 1 selected publication (pdf file) and the doctoral dissertation (pdf file)

(6) Undergraduate and graduate school transcripts (master and doctoral programs)
